Well…. How did we get here? Mmmmmm! I definitely LOVE breakfast, I dream about a good breakfast (any kind that contains eggs). So we decided that we want to do something awesome with eggs, with some delicious classic toppings. But then, we started thinking about chicken… yes, chicken. And then Boom Chicka Wawa: it all came together: “The Chicken or The Egg.” So we decided to focus on creating decadent, delicious goods that bring our Santa Fe stomachs together.
